General Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, email or call our Service Department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Email: service@revelgolf.com include in subject line: Return.

Please include in the body of your email the below information.  

1. Order Number

2. Name, phone number and date of order

3. Reason for return

Revel Golf will issue an RMA once we receive your request. Original product packaging, contents and a copy of the receipt must be included in the return.  Products returned within 30 days of receipt will be credited to your credit card. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Warranty Information

Revel Golf warrants all its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.

The warranty is void if: The product was operated/stored in abnormal use or conditions, the product is repaired, modified or altered, and the product was subjected to abuse, neglect, improper packing or accident.
